Giareda 2015 and workshop with Enrico Savini
What can be better than that....three friends spend three great days in Italy with other bonsai enthusiasts. On the first day we had a workshop with Enrico Savini and the learning process that never ends goes on.
For the rest of the trip we attended the Giareda event where lots of workshops took place and next to that an exhibition on a quite hi level took place. Some tree from the exhibition are in the photos below.

Workshop with Hans Van Meer
Last weekend I had a great time with my friends from the Slovenian Bonsai Club at a workshop with Hans Van Meer. It was a one day workshop with a great atmosphere, positive energy, laugh, fun, lots of new information and knowledge.
Among analysing each tree and helping working on them, Hans demonstrated his famous "Van Meer technique" for closing wounds on deciduous trees. The day passed by in a blink and It was truly a great day worth to be remembered.
